Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ALCO pieces. If for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to offer easy returns and exchanges.
Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with the price tag attached.

Sale items and bundles are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Returns are currently available for U.S. orders only.

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
At checkout, you'll have the option to purchase Free Returns & Package Protection for a small fee.

If you purchase Free Returns, your prepaid return shipping label is included at no additional cost if you need to make a return or exchange.

If you choose not to purchase Free Returns at checkout, a $10 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid return label is provided.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from our final sale or other store policies.
Refunds

Eligible returns can be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for another item. Store credit is also available.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Purchases from ALCO Retailers
If you purchased ALCO Jewelry from a retailer that sells ALCO in their storefront, please be aware that we are unable to offer replacements for any piece that was not sold from alcojewelry.com
Damaged Items
If your ALCO piece arrives damaged, we'll gladly provide a complimentary replacement if you report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Please visit our returns portal and select "Item was damaged" to submit a replacement or refund request. We kindly ask that you include photos of the item(s) so we can investigate the issue and help prevent future damages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
ALCO Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you purchased Package Protection at checkout, you can submit a claim here with our package protection provider Seel.
