Refund policy
We want you to love your ALCO pieces. If for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to offer easy returns.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return label cost is deducted from your refund. No extra processing fees.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging with price tag attached.

Sale items and bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns are currently available for U.S. orders only.
- Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Returns are refunded to your original payment method.

A prepaid return label will be provided. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Purchases from ALCO retailers:
If you purchased ALCO Jewelry from a retailer that sells ALCO in their storefront, please be aware that we are unable to offer replacements for any piece that was not sold from alcojewelry.com
Damages Items:
If your ALCO piece arrives damaged, we will offer a complimentary replacement up to 7 days of the delivery date. Contact hello@alcojewelry.com if you run into this issue, and we kindly ask you include pictures of the item(s) so that we can ensure to prevent any future damages.
Lost or Stolen Packages & Items:
If your ALCO delivery becomes lost or stolen, we highly recommend contacting the courier service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. ALCO Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. If you purchased shipping protection, submit a claim here.
